| | What do I need to sign-up? Basically, all you need is time available during our training schedule. Will and commitment to your self-improvement. Please come and observe our training. If you like it, talk to sensei Vitold and ask what is your next step. You will receive a form of participation, where you enter some basic information. It will require endorsement from your parents (if you are less than 18 years old). For your first class bring: - Gi (any style is acceptable) or
- Sweat pants
